Refund policy

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, fit, color preference, or simply changing your mind. 

However, we do stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly make it right if there is an issue caused by us. 

Eligible for Return or Replacement 
We accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size
  • The item arrived damaged
  • There is a printing defect or quality issue

To be eligible, you must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Fit, feel, or color preferences
  • Minor variations in print placement or color
  • Items that were worn, washed, or altered

Refunds and Replacements
If your return is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
